Why "DustyProse"?
The name evokes something vintage, tactile, and a bit nostalgic; like old books, ink-stained manuscripts, and the quiet hum of a typewriter. It's warm, literary, and inviting, a nod to the timeless craft of storytelling.
"Dusty" suggests stories waiting to be discovered, ideas that have been sitting in the corners of your mind, ready to be brushed off and brought to life. "Prose" is the heart of what we do: crafting narratives, one sentence at a time.
About the Creator
Hi, I'm Fortuny Carrega, a software developer and creative tinkerer based in Italy.
By day, I build digital experiences. I've worked on fintech platforms, AI-powered educational tools, and quirky side projects like puzzle games and word challenges. By night (and sometimes day), I nurture a deep love for storytelling, books, and the magic that happens when words come together just right.
My background is a bit unconventional: I studied Economics and Management before discovering my passion for coding and problem-solving. That blend of analytical thinking and creative exploration led me to build DustyProse.
DustyProse is my love letter to writers, dreamers, and anyone who believes that constraints can spark the most beautiful creativity.
